12-sided Dode

(Dodecahedron)

This is the piece that brings the kit to life. Roll it to choose a theme, so no one has to speak up or pick a topic in front of the group. That small shift helps sessions feel lighter, fairer and more engaging. It also keeps things flowing, whether you’re running a quick check-in or a longer session.

12-sided Dode

(Dodecahedron)

This is the main piece that brings the kit to life. Roll it and let it choose the theme, so no one has to pick a topic in front of everyone. That small shift makes sessions feel lighter, fairer and more engaging, especially for children who feel put on the spot. It also keeps things moving so you can run short check-ins or longer sessions without overthinking what to do next.

Cards

12 theme cards

Each with a QR code

You get 12 cards, one for each theme. Each card includes prompts and questions you can use straight away, written for children and mixed-ability groups. If you want more variety, the QR code links to extra prompts online, so the conversation can keep flowing.

Activity cube

6-sided

The activity cube is used after a wellbeing question, whether a young person answers or chooses to pass.It introduces a short, playful activity that helps reset energy and keep everyone engaged.By balancing reflection with movement and play, sessions feel lighter, more inclusive and enjoyable, rather than intense. Use it as a warm-up, a mid-session break, or a positive way to end on a good note!

Reflection Journal

Reflection journal

The reflection journal gives children a private space to write, draw or jot down a few words. Some children are happy to share out loud, while others need time to think first, and the journal supports both.It helps them notice patterns, like what triggers stress, what helps them feel better, and what they might try next time.Over time, it becomes a personal record of progress, not a worksheet, just a safe space to reflect.

Wellbeing dashboard

The Well4U platform

After the children play, every check-in feeds into a live dashboard for staff, colour-coded across nine areas from friendships to sleep. Because every child checks in, not just those already flagged, patterns show up early, before things reach crisis point. Over time it builds a record that can support a child’s individual support plan. It sits alongside whatever pastoral or SEND provision a school already has.
