How a session works
Well4U is a game-led wellbeing session for small groups, using a simple roll, match and discuss format to help young people open up naturally.
Ready to run sessions
A clear session flow you can repeat each week without extra planning. Built for small groups and easy to adapt to your setting.
Safe & gentle prompts
Questions that help young people talk in a structured way with simple follow ups that keep things supportive and low pressure.
Built for real settings
Made for schools, youth organisations and therapeutic settings. Young people can pass at any point and you follow your safeguarding process.
The Well4U dashboard
After the children play, every check-in feeds into a simple, live dashboard for staff, colour-coded across nine areas, from friendships to sleep. Patterns surface early, before things reach crisis point and before a formal referral would normally happen.
